Personality: Cameron is considerate, charming, playful, modest, and lighthearted. He is not a fierce fighter, preferring loyalty and personality in his choice of Pokemon. He makes friends easily, so long as everyone can look past his visible burns and slower walking pace. He takes every day by the horns, preferring to make the most out of everything. On the downside, Cameron is cautious, doubtful, and hesitant. He is not the most strategy oriented trainer, nor does he have a burning passion to win, as he sees the experience as more of the goal than winning a trophy, which sets him back from truly exploring his or his Pokemon's potential.
History: Cameron went the route of most young trainers, training hard and battling often. Coming from a small town where everyone knows everyone, he found it overwhelming at first to adjust to big city life. His time on his parents farm taught him the necessary skills to survive in the wild, which he often preferred to do, at least at first, rather than find a place in town to stay when he passed through. Because of his charming nature, he made friends easily, travelling at one point with a medical student on leave. It was lucky for him that his friend knew what he did in terms of treatment, for one very unlucky day, Cameron came face to face with death.

Although he is an enthusiastic trainer, Cameron is not one for fighting himself, so when he accidentally stumbled upon Entei, he was absolutely stunned when the pokemon attacked him. It had been his own fault for walking headlong into the bushes, he resolved after the fact, but nothing had prepared him to be attacked outright just from startling it. Usually, he's told, Entei flees. Cameron came face first to an eruption of fire, and he remembers little of what happened next.

His medically inclined friend managed to stabilize the severely burned Cameron and, with the help of Rosie and Gibbs whom he released from their pokeballs, Cameron was carried into the nearest town as quickly as the trio could manage. Although his life was spared, he suffered severe burns up the right side of his body, and, although no one was around to confirm how it happened, he badly broke his leg when he perhaps stumbled backward down a hill from the shock. It's unclear whether Entei actually thrashed at him and made him fall, too. His leg injury caused him to require a walking cane, the type that loops around the forearm. It was months before he was fit to travel with his Pokemon again, and even longer before he actually wanted to.

The whole ordeal took a toll on Cameron. His friend brought him Ringo to help him recover, and the silly Deino did help keep a crooked smile on his face. He's not at all ashamed of the scars or the perpetual limp, leaving it to others to react as they will to what's happened to him. It would be a while until he desired to go out and train again, and he became careful, if not wary, to travel anywhere that could be considered overly dangerous in terms of running into wild Pokemon.

Every passing day is better for Cameron, and the pain of his ordeal is less fresh. His goal of being a master trainer has not left him, and finally, his confidence has become renewed enough to enter into tournaments again.

Bio: Rosie was Cameron's first Pokemon. Due to her age, she probably shouldn't still be an active choice for a team, but she's strong, stubborn, and tough regardless of any age issues. Cameron can't bear to think of his team being complete without his Rosie, and she is as fiercely devoted to him as a loyal old dog would be. She acts as a grandmotherly figure to the group, spoiling some and scolding the others. She is a powerful, but slow, fighter, when given the chance to battle.

Bio: Gibbs is bit of a loose cannon. In his younger days, he was a prankster, and though he still enjoys a good joke, anything made at his expense will trigger a severe mood swing. He keeps mostly to himself, and acts as a sort of father figure over the lot. He moves slowly but deliberately, and though he's getting on in years, his water blasts are still overwhelming and his jaws still capable of snapping bones should they want to.

Bio: Paranoid and on edge, Kecleon has seen far too many battles. He suffers from a case of the jitters, and often stammers. When he's uncomfortable or frightened, he'll immediately go on the defensive and often will disappear into his surroundings. He is a flighty fighter, resorting to sneakily bombarding his opponent before his cowardice kicks in and he heads for cover. In this, though, his attacks tend to be surprisingly strong bursts.

Bio: Ace is confident and assertive. He finds fighting to be a stimulating, albeit easy, activity, and will often seek out little battles if he becomes restless, picking fights with his teammates just for practice. He's easy going and playful, hard to annoy, and slow to anger. His fury when someone does find one of his triggers, however, is unstoppable until he punches his way into exhaustion.

Bio: Ringo's the oddball. He was given to Cameron as sort of a "recovery puppy" after his burn incident, helping him in his time of need. And a puppy Ringo is. He has no sense of strategy when it comes to battling, and often times his team and trainer are convinced that he thinks he's playing, or else he's the world's most convincing actor of an idiot.

Bio: Cherry is the sassy newbie who has a lot to prove. She is flirtatious and charming, but hotheaded when it comes to fighting, often times overestimating her abilities. Still, she's stubborn as anything, so she won't give up a fight unless completely incapable of bringing herself to her feet again. Rosie suspects Cherry is infatuated with Cameron, and that a lot of her showing off is for his benefit, as she recognizes the same signs of what she, too, went through when she was much younger.
